Here at Carly Jo Makeup, I understand how important makeup is on your biggest day.
This isn’t just makeup to me, either. This is how you look and feel on the day it matters most, the face that looks back when you glance in the mirror, and what future generations will see in your wedding album.

BOOKING POLICIES
I reserve wedding bookings to 5 or less people. If your inquiry is more than that, I’m happy to provide a list of trusted artists to hire separately for those I cannot accommodate!
Sundays are unavailable for wedding bookings. If you’re hosting a weekday wedding, please continue to inquire.
The Signature Experience
Starting at $2,568
Includes:
Makeup preview at my studio
On-site wedding day makeup
Up to 3 additional day-of services for your wedding party/mommas
Makeup Prep Kit for the bride
Skin prep + lashes
Touch ups + kits
Touch up services until you’re in your dress or headed to the venue

5-6 hours on site
8% state sales tax
Add On’s, Travel, + Other Fees
MAKEUP APPLICATION: $175/person (maximum headcount of 5 people)
FLOWER GRIL MAKEUP: $25 (sparkly eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss; allotted during touch ups)
ON LOCATION TOUCH UPS: $125/hr (book up to 6 hours once services end)
TRAVEL COST: $25/HALF HOUR
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: $300 FLAT FEE (for locations 1.5+ outside of my home; separate from travel fee)
OUT OF STATE WEDDINGS: please inquire for more information (typical investment starting at $4,000)
The Process
To Book:
A $1,000 retainer payment + contract signature are required to secure your date. Once you’re in my calendar, you’ll receive your Beauty Guide to kickstart your skincare journey.
Your Preview:
Your preview is included in your investment, and I reach out 3 months prior to your big day to schedule it the month before at my studio in Grandview. When we book your preview, you’ll receive your Preview Prep Guide to help you align your vision to reality!
The Big Day:
It’s your wedding day! I arrive 30 mins before I set up with a smile on my face, a coffee in one hand, and my kit in the other.
Timeline Information
Time Allotments:
Set Up: 30 mins
Bride: 1 hour 30 mins
Party/Mommas: 1 hour
Touch Ups: 30 mins
Unless already included in the master timeline, I require a 30 minute buffer time at the end of services in case of delays.
I coordinate with your planner, photographer, and hairstylist to ensure everyones services aren’t overlapping or running into photos.

If you have less than 5 people, you can substitute the other applications for on location touch ups.
For example: if you don’t need 2/4 applications in the package, you can receive 2 hours of on-location touch ups.
If you have more than 5 people, I can send you names of trusted artists I recommend hiring! I do not provide second artists at this time.

Over the years, I’ve found that I do my best work in a more intimate setting. Limiting my bookings to 5 services or fewer allows me to create a relaxed, elevated experience where everyone feels genuinely cared for, rather than a rushed morning!

Out of state weddings will require extra per diem rates to cover travel and logistics. Please continue to inquire for more info!

This $300 flat fee covers a hotel room for me to book the evening before for weddings 1.5+ hours away from me in Columbus, Ohio. This fee is separate from the travel fee.
If you’re getting ready in a hotel, I’ll book a room there! If you’re getting ready at your venue or somewhere else, I’ll book one of the nearest hotels.
