Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, which is why my system is set up to help lighten the weight of the anxiety of getting makeup done. From guides designed to help you check off all the beauty boxes to making sure your blush is perfectly blended is my job to worry about, not yours.

Nothing will be out of place.

Lashes lifting? Unblended contour? Uneven wing liner? Not here.

When the schedule is lighter, it changes everything. There’s room to breathe, to prep the skin properly, to make adjustments without rushing, to enjoy the process of getting ready.

The energy in the room matters just as much as the final look. A calm, steady pace and a small crew helps me be fully present in the moment and work efficiently.

HOW IT WORKS

Outlined below is my minimum for weddings on Fridays + Saturdays. Check out the A La Carte portion to see if anything else aligns with the logistics of your big day, such as extra people and travel.

BOOKING POLICIES

  • I require a planner or day/month-of coordinator for all wedding bookings.

  • I reserve wedding bookings to 5 or less people. If your inquiry is more than that, I’m happy to provide a list of trusted artists to hire separately for those I cannot accommodate!

  • Sundays are unavailable for wedding bookings. If you’re hosting a weekday wedding, please continue to inquire!

My Process

  • After reading through my website and checking all the boxes, inquire through my form to get the conversation started! If you need to talk through the process and your questions, let me know if you’d like to schedule a phone call.

  • After you submit the inquiry form, if I’m available, I’ll send you a proposal of services, which outlines the process of working with me, an example timeline, inspiration photos to fit your vision, and your custom quote!

  • A signed contract + paid retainer of $750 is required to secure your date. Once you’re in my calendar, it’s your day and your day only.

    This is also where you’ll receive The Bride Guide to hold your hand in the beauty process!

    Here, I’ll also send any trusted vendor recommendations if needed!

  • After booking, all of my brides receive a complimentary consultation call to go over their current skincare routine and concerns to determine the path of success to get their skin wedding ready. This isn’t required, but it’s helpful if you don’t know where to start in your skincare journey!

    I check in every couple of months to make sure all details are ironed out and seeing where you’re at in your planning journey, such as timeline and headcount updates! I’m always here to answer any questions and concerns.

  • I reach out to you 2 months prior to schedule your make preview, hosted at my studio in Grandview! Bring your fave inspo photos and let’s collaborate on a look that’s timeless for you!

  • As promised on the timeline, I arrive 30 minutes before I begin services to create the most efficient set up. With products like Hourglass, Danessa Myricks, Rare Beauty, and more, everyone will have a makeup look that’s both modern and tailored to them.

Your questions, answered.

  • My maximum headcount for weddings is 5 or less so I can provide the detailed, high level service you’re investing in! For inquiries of 6+ people, I’ll be happy to service 4-5 faces and refer artists to book separately.

  • Of course! So far, I’ve helped brides in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Florida feel confident for their big days!

    Out of state weddings will require extra per diem rates to cover travel and logistics. Please continue to inquire for more info!

  • This $300 flat fee covers a hotel room for me to book the evening before for weddings 1.5+ hours away from me in Columbus, Ohio.

    If you’re getting ready in a hotel, I’ll book a room there! If you’re getting ready at your venue or somewhere else, I’ll book one of the nearest hotels.

  • I collaborate with your hairstylist and planner to create a beauty timeline that aligns seamlessly with photography.

    Here’s my typical timing:

    • 1 hour per person

    • 1 hour 15 minutes for the bride

    • 15 minutes for touch-ups

    • 30-minute buffer at the end to keep everything stress-free and on schedule

    Timelines are usually finalized 1–2 months before the wedding, often after your Preview, once your master schedule is set.

  • At this time, previews are exclusive to the bride!

  • I do not offer airbrush or hair services.
    Lashes, however, are always included. Whether you prefer individuals or a lash strip, there’s no extra fee.
